About Dario Cvirn

Master's degree in political science on Faculty of Political Science in Zagreb, Croatia. I am very curious person and like to find out what is new in company and across all parts of organization which includes understanding the organisational culture and dynamics. I strive to be in touch and to keep up to date with all business activities which can be useful to me. I have demonstrated an understanding of the business. My empathy and understanding of the pressures other people are under and their concerns helped me a lot in my behavior in business and overall. I think my organisational awereness is the most important thing which helped me with managing proactivity, also in communication, team building etc.I manage to be more prepared for every upcoming situation, good or bad and it helped me with avoiding chaotic working days. I have a path and a plan in my business carrer and by being proactive it helps a lot. It helped me with being consistent with my results, meaning I am able to get things done easily, making mistakes rarely. I have experience working as Country Approval Specialist at SIA in PPD, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific for Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. I also have experience in lead roles for Activate, EU-CTR and internal regulatory system (RegView). From 01May2023 I started working as Senior Reg Affairs Specialist. From 01Jul2025 I am working as Principal Reg Affairs Specialist.
