My journey began at Perini Engraving, now known as Engraving Solutions, where I discovered my passion for innovation and excellence. Leading the technical department, I pioneered embossing patterns for tissue products, overseeing two pilot lines that tested and developed thousands of products, marking a significant milestone in the tissue industry. My role was instrumental in enhancing both chemical and mechanical engraving processes, focusing on toilet and kitchen towels. The highlight of my career was in 2013 when I played a key role in a global roadshow that introduced disruptive rewinding technology, leading to our impactful presentation at the 2015 It's Tissue event. This experience not only showcased our revolutionary technology but also emphasized the importance of teamwork and shared success. In 2017, my journey took a strategic turn as I embraced the role of Business Development Manager, viewing business development as an art of creating enduring value through customer relationships, market expansion, and strategic partnerships. My leadership at PIVOT, an excellence center for tissue converting and packaging, further solidified my commitment to innovation and growth. Currently, in Customer Product Innovation, I leverage my accumulated experience and data from extensive tests and analyses to support the creation of innovative, profitable products and solutions. This role has enabled me to contribute significantly to our company's evolution and to the industry's advancement. My career is a testament to my belief in the power of innovation, teamwork, and perseverance.
