About Dario Kvasnicka

During my law studies, I didn’t just focus on legal theories; I also founded my own digital entertainment and hospitality company, ERUPT. I managed Erupt for more than five years, diving deep into the practical aspects of entrepreneurship. My firsthand experience running a business has given me a real understanding of the ups and downs that come with a founder's life. I've dealt with the realities of managing running costs and have personally experienced how valuable bespoke legal advice can be, especially during those crucial early stages. As I joined EMBARK.LAW to focus more closely on the legal aspects of the startup world. Alongside this, I maintain a strategic role in my company. I am now creating the most user-centric law firm for high-growth startups and investors, seeking to actively accelerating innovators and reshape legal services. Outside of work, I enjoy organizing social events, hiking, and both digital and analog gaming. These activities keep me connected with the latest technological trends and help me further refine my skills in clear communication and efficient process management.
