I’m a technology leader and I drive results by enabling high performing teams and executing corporate strategy. I have significant experience in wireless telecom delivering on macros, small cells (ROW), and venues while introducing new technologies and strategies. I love to solve problems and throughout my career, I have been driven by curiosity and resourcefulness to find answers to the most vital questions. Whether it’s cultivating a local and remote team delivering on the 4G/5G LTE build-out of networks, or building a vision for the engineering teams to further utilize their talents and empowering them to manage ambiguity and complexity while cultivating innovation and delivering on customer needs, I’ve been able to quickly uncover roadblocks and identify strategic solutions with a win-win attitude. While working at a national engineering and standards organization, I was able to gain valuable insights into the relationship between data, business leadership, and strategy. This has enabled me to create a discipline to base my decisions on data when possible.
