About Darius Cornelius
I’m Darius Cornelius, and fitness is something I’ve truly have grown to love. I really took interest after playing sports in high school. In high school I played football and ran track. It showed me how much you really have to care for your body and really treat it as your temple. While attending Southern University my friends use to come to me to train them and achieve small fitness goals. Also while attending Clayton State University one of our classes required us to train the firefighters of Riverdale,Ga. which was a great experience. It was a 8 week process where we performed pre-test to determine how intense we can make their workouts and what their limitations were. It was a great way to get into the field and truly learn what it takes to be an Athletic Trainer.
