About Darius James

I have a bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Lycoming College, where I learned the fundamentals of effective communication, persuasion, and presentation. Currently, I work as a Multi-region Operations Maintenance Manager at HON Partners, a leading real estate investment firm, where I oversee the maintenance and repairs of various properties and assets. My core competencies include vendor relations, communication, and problem solving, which I apply daily to ensure the smooth operation and satisfaction of our clients and tenants.Previously, I worked as a Workplace Coordinator at Cushman & Wakefield, a global commercial real estate services company, where I was the primary point of contact for issues relating to employee workplace experience, such as facilities and technology concerns. I also worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Edelman, a global communications agency, where I assisted in campaign execution, influencer outreach, and reporting. In both roles, I demonstrated my ability to collaborate with diverse teams, address customer needs, and deliver quality results. I am motivated by the opportunity to create positive and lasting impacts through my work, and I value learning, innovation, and diversity. I believe I can bring a unique perspective and experience to the team, as well as a passion for communication and customer service.
