Working knowledge of Microsoft’s.net software development platform, especially C#, server, desktop and web applications. Multithreaded programming, code optimising for multicore/multiple processors. Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL server and Transact SQL. At Nasdaq - Adobe's activescipt as UI tool, some Java expierience as well backend C#. RUST - as my own interest for new technologies in programming. Some time ago my job has been completely in the healthcare sector, so I’m familiar with HL7 (versions 2.x, 3.0), PACS systems and DICOM v3.0. I know common principles of modality and PACS configuration for DICOM SEND/QUERY/RETEIVE/WORKLIST protocols. My special interest was system interoperability from various vendors with HIS. Data communication security and encryption. Most challenging integration with competitor’s systems in other endpoint of integration projects. E-signature implementation in healthcare environment. Direct participation in project planning, organisation and management in my CEO role in BITI. Negotiations with partners and clients. Direct talks with clinical staff (e.g. top management, doctors). Recently more and more activities, as consultant in healthcare IT.
