About Darius Rahman

I’m a multicultural and multilingual business-minded global citizen currently located in Madrid, Spain with a passion for education, hospitality, film, sports, and entrepreneurship. I graduated (with distinction) in 2020 completing a Bachelors in Business Administration majoring in Management from London whilst recently acquiring a Master of Science in International Business degree from Dubai and Boston in 2021 with a specialization in Business Analytics. Having lived in Finland, the UK, the USA, UAE, Bangladesh and now Spain through studies and work I've created and maintained strong ties and business connections in all of the mentioned regions, along with around the rest of the globe through meaningful networking. I have obtained valuable leadership, communication and management skills throughout my life and career. I was a Sergeant during my Finnish military training, coordinated different extra-curricular clubs & societies in both high school and university. For the latter, I have been elected into the student body during both undergraduate and postgraduate studies. Thinking creatively, collaborating cross-functionally and culturally, being innovative, and quickly adapting to ambiguous environments are just a few key strengths of mine. In Bangladesh I had the opportunity to lead large organisations and projects in the entertainment and hospitality sectors consisting of teams of 100s of people. I have prior work experience in the tourism sector in Finland, in education working at Hult International Business School, in sales at a London-based digital marketing agency as well as in acquisitions in a Coffee start-up. Alongside the aforementioned, personal endeavors have led me to manage my own drop-shipping business, with which I sold accessories to over of clients. Currently, I work in enrolment for Hult International Business School for their part time post graduate programmes for the European market helping professionals transform their lives and careers whilst maintaining ties to several family ran companies in Bangladesh where I act as a director in the booming economic South Asian region. I'm always open to connecting and collaborating with like minded professionals!
