About Darius Stephens

Adept in program management and worked on several Department of Defense multi-million dollar programs that extend to agencies in the Middle East, Pacific, and Atlantic regions. I am dedicated to learning more about leadership skills as I manage teams across various projects to ensure mission success. I am a senior United States Navy technician highly trained in circuit repair, communication, radar, and navigation systems. My aim to consistently improve my skills in operation management and technical analysis has awarded me multiple Naval Achievement medals in over 6 years of active duty service. Before the Navy, I grew my technician skills in manufacturing surgical parts for hospitals under the guidance of Microstamp Incorporation. I have also learned corporate communication and team building through Amway Corporation, as well as Arizona State University. I aim to expand my technical and management experience in the corporate and engineering world.
