Approve loan applications, complete loan contracts by explaining provisions to application. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. I am committed to earning my customers trust through improved customer relations and enhanced interactions. Meeting the needs and exceeding expections is always at the forefront of my service to customer relationship. I believe that each customer is unique with specific financial needs that should be evaluated accordingly. My customer base consists of a variety of ages, financial maturity levels, and credit/debt levels which is why it’s so important to offer a full spectrum of loan programs. My mission is to help those in need who may struggle with normal day to day life issues that stand in the way of Financial Independence and Homeownership. In life's journey we are taught to attend college and earn a degree so we can get a good job. On the other hand no one teaches us what to do with that paycheck once we receive it. Financial Literacy is important and I am here to help aid in the process by educating others on what can be done to help bridge the financial gap toward Financial Independence and Homeownership.
