I have 14 years of experience, more than 3 years in Shell Business Operations Kraków and 11 years in GVB public transportation company in Amsterdam. I gained experience in various departments in the companies (3 years in Delivery Assurance Team at Shell, 6 years full time in GVB, 5 years part time in GVB). My field of expertise is planning, and scheduling based on my last experience. I have 5 years of experience in running privately owned company Globe Trader B.V acting as director, salesman, planner and accounting specialist. I easily adapt to changes in client expectations, I demonstrate good communication skills that were proven in successful cooperation with different Eastern and Western Europe companies and business partners. I have multilingual skills in 3 foreign languages: English (C1), Dutch (C1) and Russian (A1). Fluent in Polish. I demonstrate good organization skills. I have experience in working as a part of the team (improvement workgroup in GVB and Continues Improvement Projects at Shell) as well as on independent positions. Running own company taught me to see processes and challenges from broader perspective, working at Shell taught me to work under pressure in fast changing environment.
