About Darla Arnold

With over 15 years of professional experience, I currently serve as Project Director at Arc Environmental, where I oversee environmental inspection, consulting, and remediation projects ranging from small-scale initiatives to complex, multi-million-dollar programs for both public and private sector clients. My role involves developing strategic project plans, managing diverse teams, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while aligning with organizational goals. A significant focus of my work includes lead-based paint poisoning prevention, where I collaborate closely with housing authorities, local governments, and agencies across various states and jurisdictions to implement effective, compliance-driven solutions that safeguard public health and improve housing conditions. Additionally, I bring strong expertise in database development and management, designing and maintaining systems that enable accurate and efficient data tracking, streamlined workflows, and comprehensive reporting across multiple projects. Guided by a commitment to quality and client satisfaction, I bring attention to detail, critical thinking, a collaborative spirit, and a results-oriented mindset that consistently drive successful project outcomes and meaningful community impact.
