Geoscience Expertise My foundation in geology and subsurface exploration was built through roles at Marathon Oil, Eagle Rock Energy, and Strand Energy. I’ve supported drilling decisions through seismic interpretation, well planning, and basin analysis—mapping subsurface structures, validating seismic datasets, and streamlining geoscience workflows. This hands-on experience sharpened my ability to integrate geological, petrophysical, and engineering data to drive operational success. IT & Digital Transformation Leadership At LyondellBasell, I transitioned into enterprise IT, where I’ve led strategic initiatives in problem management, project governance, and digital transformation. I restructured LYB’s ITIL-aligned problem management framework, founded the Problem Review Board, and deployed OCM strategies to foster proactive issue resolution.
