Over the past 19+ years, I’ve built a dynamic and evolving career within the Telecommunications industry, steadily earning promotions across multiple disciplines, including Commercial Services, Product Management, IT Quality Assurance, and most recently, Human Resources. My journey hasn’t followed a traditional path—but it’s been entirely driven by curiosity, continuous learning, and a strong commitment to doing the right thing. Each step I’ve taken has been intentional: seeking out new challenges, advocating for my own growth, and always focusing on how I can bring value to the people and teams around me. Today, as a Human Resources Business Partner, I support diverse business units—from contact centers, to supply chain, as well as continuous improvement, and operations, including unionized teams. I take pride in being a trusted advisor who balances people-centric thinking with operational understanding. Whether I’m supporting leaders through organizational change, building stronger team cultures, or helping employees reach their potential, my focus is always on creating impact through thoughtful, ethical, and effective HR practices.
