About Darlene Glaser

I have 25 years experience with Cisco and Unity. Started working in the IT on a PBX TDM called Siemens back in 1995 until 1997 with Source one Mortgage (Fireman Fund). Moved to Citizens Bank to support the Siemens Hicom 150/300 from in which I got the opportunity to go work at Pfizer in Ann Arbor. Worked there from until 2008 supporting Avaya G3R, Unity, Cisco 4.x (VOIP) and participated in building out layer2 and layer3 devices. During the years 2008 and 2012 transitioned to ATT in which I had the pleasure in supporting Ford Motor Company who used Cisco for their voice infrastructure along with CER and Unity. Had the opportunity to get more familiar with DHCP and QOS. In the 3rd quarter of 2012, I was fortunate to get the opportunity to go work at General Motors. At General Motors was able to support their existing voice infrastructure for over 40K users with Cisco, Unity, E911, vSphere along with using the inhouse tools for supporting day to day operations such as Prognosis. Experience with the SCCP and SIP technology along with the ISR's and the gateways used for analog support. Worked with SBCs that were utilized for our SIP services that integrated with Ciscos session managers. Familiar with Cisco webex and also Teams which replaced this voice softphone service that also was integrated with the Cisco technology. Quality customer service is important to me along as well as being a team player. Enjoy challenges and learning.
