At the age of fifteen, I experienced multiple family visits to the hospital to support my father as he battled terminal cancer. The outcome wasn’t favorable, but that’s when the connection and passion for working in the healthcare industry originated. My passion is unwavering and the evolution of healthcare is even more promising today. As a Senior Operations Manager with 25 plus years in healthcare management, I am honored to work with distinguishing medical and business professionals at all levels. I thrive in rapidly growing and innovative organizations, I enjoy learning cutting-edge technology and providing exemplary quality care to every patient, which are desirable highlights of my daily responsibilities. I’ve pioneered strategic plans and business objectives that received honorable recognition for building and maintaining high performing healthcare administrative teams. I am a continuous learner. I am a proud national member of AAHAM (American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management). Outside of the office, I love spending time with my family, international traveling, live theater, and volunteering in my community. I am a Certified Professional Resume Writer and Notary of Public for the state of Maryland.
