I have the privilege of being the Relationship Manager at Concordance, where I'm fervently involved in our mission to reduce reincarceration rates. Concordance is pioneering a holistic, evidence-informed re-entry model that combines precision with a healing-first approach. Our vision is to spark lasting change across the nation, enabling everyone to live joyful, abundant, purposeful lives.Providing services to participants since 2016, Concordance has served over 1,500 participants and lowered the rate of reincarceration by 56% among them. Headquartered in St. Louis, the plan has always been to scale the Concordance Re-Entry Model nationwide. After proving that the Concordance Re-Entry Model works in St. Louis, Concordance is deploying its first expansion to the Greenville-Spartanburg metro area to help participants in Greenville and Spartanburg on their re-entry journey while also providing high quality talent to employers. As an Upstate SC native with a passion for building long-lasting partnerships and fostering strategic opportunities, I am beyond thrilled to introduce Concordance to my community and to contribute to what is sure to be an incredible impact on our region. My role functions as a part of the Concordance Employment Agency (CEA). The CEA is an alternative staffing organization (ASO). As such, the CEA has the dual mission of providing a market-driven approach to delivering staffing services while helping individuals overcome obstacles to employment. The CEA, through its relationship with Concordance, is able to leverage the necessary resources to facilitate participant success both inside and outside of the workplace. The CEA also offers a flexible approach that allows you to add to your team with confidence, so you have the staff you need to achieve your goals.
