From organizing/chaperoning the Queen’s University and Trent University delegation in attending a national residence life conference, to being a team leader through multiple hiring processes, or managing a team of up to 15 staff members – I make sure look at new projects as an opportunity for progress and to use my critical thinking skills to adequately problem solve. Along the way it has also become a priority of mine to keep dedicated in my career while keeping a sustainable work life balance.
