Broadcaster with experience in satellite TV, commercial radio, print media and freelance video production. Graduate of the award winning 'MA in Digital Media' programme at the National University of Ireland Galway. Currently the curator, MC and speaker coach for TEDxGalway. Responsible for curation of talks and speaker development and hosted the production of sold out events in the Town Hall Theatre Galway. Some videos of which were selected by TED for use on their main site - now with over 2 million views. Previously a producer/presenter/cameraman for Galway County Matters, a weekly magazine show about life in Galway on Irish TV, Ireland's first satellite TV station with a global audience that aired on Sky channel 191 and PBS in the US. Worked as a presenter for iRadio. Ireland's largest youth commercial radio station. Also a long time volunteer at NUI Galway's student radio station Flirt FM. Was reviews editor for Student Independent News, the university campus newspaper. Over the years my work in radio earned me nominations at the National Student Media Awards (SMEDIAS). for “Radio Journalist of The Year”, “Radio DJ of The Year” and “Radio Documentary of The Year”.
