I enjoy removing roadblocks and streamlining processes to create a smooth path for them. I praise in public and deliver hard feedback in private. My team never questions where they stand, because I strive to remain transparent in my communication. I lead with passion and conviction and to eliminate doubt on whether i can be trusted. I am genuine and to put it simply, i care. I own my flaws and always work to be a better version of myself. Without my team, I wouldn't' have the opportunity to do what I do every day, and they know, they are my why.
