About Darrell Bell

Having a wide range of experience varying in many fields to include but not limited to time as a soldier, private security and protection agent. Experience assisting law enforcement with drug and crime enforcement within Denver city limits to provide a safe and secured environment. While doing so, was also delegated tasks to assist leadership and management develop plans to overcome low retention rates, staffing shortages, team building events and moral improvement. Being somewhat of a social butterfly in the right environment allows me to assist peers and seniors overcome many issues whether personal or work related. Being an individual driven by attention to detail, Taking pride in experience as a soldier in the US Army. While maintaining a leadership position, served in a number of roles while being deployed in combat and peace keeping environments. Under my immediate supervision, managed and supported the work of 60+ Soldiers on three separate occasions. Have a proven ability to make accurate and sound decisions in high stress situations. All while demonstrating a professional level of leadership through example while maintaining accountability and security of personnel and property in excess of $1M within continental divide and foreign countries. Being "a jack of all trades and a master of none" has allowed me to be one that continue to learn and be a teachable person. Never being set in one way also allows one to gain wisdom which in turn make you a great teacher. Without experience and learning from those experiences, one cannot be wise.
