About Darrell Hickerson

I have been a physical therapist for more than 25 years. In that span of time, I have been passionately focused on getting my patients back to a state of functional fitness. This means I believe activities of daily living are fundamental and paramount to each of us being able to live our best lives. However, during my tenure as a medical practitioner, I also saw a divide in patients as those who can afford healing services and those who could not. This led me in a new direction to work more closely with financial service professionals so we reach more Main Street USA residents for better access to necessary financial service products, planning, and services. As Chief Financial Officer at Females and Finance, I work alongside the CEO (who is also my wife!) as we build one of the largest online networking platforms for women in the financial services profession. Women are multiple markets in one and by supporting their growth through financial literacy and financial advisory services, we ultimately reach more households across the United States to bring more financial planning needs to Americans in every corner of our communities. As President of Unified Financial Network, I personally work with individuals, growing families, and small businesses to provide risk management through insurance and just as importantly - estate planning documentation we handle in-house through our network.
