About Darrell James Seed

Having worked for tier 1 Automotive supplier from the ground up experiencing all levels of the organisation I gained valuable experience firstly working on how the products were manufactured. I then was given the opportunity to become a TPM coach. Training and developing the manufacturing teams to understand and perform TPM. This led me into a methods improvement role where I learned to develop my skills and knowledge in LEAN tools. Eventually gaining professional qualifications and experience I earned my Continuous Improvement Engineer role. During this time I have had the pleasure of working with highly experienced and knowledgable professionals to guide and develop me into a highly capable practitioner. My experience of development, installing and training LEAN methods and working with some of Europes highly regarded consultancies has given me a foundation to be successful in most business areas.
