Prior to Navex Global my career path was in alignment with the Incentives and Recognition & Rewards industry while working at USMotivation, Inc. My role was that of a Senior Account Coordinator / Account Manager. The position allowed me the opportunity to assist multiple Account Managers or Manage myself the implementation/execution of web-based incentives and rewards solutions via our proprietary platforms. Types of programs included Service Anniversary, Sales Incentives, Employee Recognition, Wellness and Dealer Loyalty. Industries included Insurance, Pharmaceutical, Telecommunications, Energy, Retail and Flooring. In addition, I worked closely with primary client contacts, Account Executives, IT Personnel and Customer Service support personnel. Duties included but not limited to research and submission of system/program code defects via Ontime Bug and Trouble Ticket program, Quality Assurance testing during exploratory/development/post launch phases, client training on website program functionality, training/development/procedural documentation write ups, web services catalog administrator,custom and standard client account reports via our proprietary platform and/or Google Analytics and program site page updates via Share Point HTML editor. And lastly, prior to the above mentioned positions, I had extensive industry experience in HR and Staffing and Test Lab Support as it relates to Bug Tracking and Quality Assurance Testing in an R&D environment.
