From to 2005, manage the Avaya PBX that contain 27 phone switches scattered throughout 32 locations. In 2005, with the assistance of a 3rd party Integrator, designed, migrated, and implemented the Cisco Call Manager solution for the entire District, including the planning, preparation, and distribution of roughly 2600 phones. As of 2020, still managing and supporting the entire CUCM solution, District wide IP based public address system.
