My career highlights include: • Launched an innovative B2B payments card driven solution from scratch. Implementing multiple iterations to the flow of funds and reconciliation between our bank partner, credit card processor, API money movement, internal accounting, and customer statements. • Delivered testing results to allow initial pilot, MVP, and enhancements with our bank to ensure compliance, vendor relationships, and timely payments. • Explained customer needs in reconciliation solutions by designing transaction styling, and solutions for customers accounting software. • Scaled automation of business intelligence reporting and the needs of operations to oversee customer actions. • Maximized efficiency for the success and service organization by integrating multiple third-party systems: Salesforce, Gainsight, FinancialForce, Zendesk, and Qualtrics. • Launched a global next generation solution for the B2B virtual accounts and tokenization payment product in Australia, Mexico, and Canada. • Spearheaded and re-engineered an automated reconciliation process which fulfilled the value proposition of the product and new mobile app by ensuring data integrity. • Orchestrated the customer data migration strategy and reporting reconciliation for the conversion of 2M+ credit card accounts to a new platform while simultaneously managing client expectations. • Created new LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Groups by gaining executive sponsorship tied to the value to employees, customers, and our company.
