As a proactive, organized, and results-focused HR Business Partner and Manager with progressively responsible experience in recognizing the “big picture” of an organization, accurately identifying how the key drivers of the business relate to each other, and collaborating to produce profitable growth, improved employee relations, and superior levels of customer service relative to all types of circumstances. With a diverse background in supporting retail store operations, corporate office, and distribution/logistics facilities, I have been successful in assessing operational needs, tackling difficult business and HR challenges, meeting tight deadlines, and consistently ensuring quality assurance and control. By utilizing best practices, I understand what it takes to navigate business challenges, overcome obstacles, and deliver results in key areas, including talent management, employee relations, mediation, benefits administration, regulatory compliance, and training and leadership development.
