About Darrell Ray

As a PACE consultant, I travel across the nation helping organizations to optimize their transportation systems. I coach, mentor, and train staff to help them improve team engagement and overall center logistics. My background in Ministry has allowed me to understand people and help them understand the value they bring to an organization. In any business, I believe that when you invest in people and cultivate a culture where they feel supported and respected, you will have a company that exceeds its bottom line. In the last few years, I have gone into several organizations and customized strategies that had improved employee retention, talent acquisition, overall operations, and profit margins. Over the last 30-plus years, I have worked in ministry and healthcare. The two seem to go hand in hand because they both involve helping people. I served in ministry in multiple roles and eventually founded "Make a Change" Ministry. As an Apostle, I help build people and churches. In healthcare, I have worked for The Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) which provides comprehensive medical and social services to community-dwelling elderly individuals, most eligible for Medicare and Medicaid benefits. I started as a driver, then became a transportation supervisor. In my supervisory role, I wrote a transportation manual for PACE, which was used by our consulting team to help PACE organizations establish transportation throughout the nation. Recently, I served as a fleet manager, helping in the merger of Palmetto Health and Greenville Hospital system transportation fleets. In addition, I have written two books and a journal. My first book was "Psalms 119: A Call to Holiness," co-authored by Crystalline Ray, Jerome Sparks, and Ty Green. This book is a unique devotional on the longest book of the Bible, which we used, definitions, declarations, prayers, wisdom key, and words of encouragement to show the reader how to live and apply a lifestyle of holiness. We also created Psalms 119: Wisdom Keys Journal which is a companion to "Psalms 119 A Call to Holiness." My second book is "Take 5: Making Time for God in a Busy World." This book will help the reader develop and increase their personal relationship with God. In every role, I am committed to helping people and organizations "Make A Change" for the better.
