I am passionate about urban development with over 16 years of extensive experience in transportation management. As a supervisor of transportation management, I have a history of engaging senior executive leadership and staff members to generate new ideas, implement policies, and increase overall performance. I am adept at establishing policies,procedures, and using technologies to enhance efficiency. I enjoy building and strengthening strategic alliances. My passion is to assist other veterans and service members with finding nonprofits, specifically those focused on veteran services, to achieve new heights. I am seeking opportunities at a company where I can set the strategic course for the department to improve company performance. I am ready to use my transportation management skills to create levers to influence how employees focus their energy and select employees with skills and interests aligned with the company’s goals. I am a detail-oriented leader highly skilled in administrative management, quality control, assurance management, and employee reporting and analysis, as well as in-depth knowledge and experience in strategic planning, customer service, budgeting, and training.
