I am a natural resources leader who thrives at the intersection of forest management, science application, policy development, and collaborative problem-solving. Throughout my career with the U.S. Forest Service, I’ve guided complex, interdisciplinary programs and helped organizations navigate uncertainty, integrate science into decisions, and built durable partnerships across communities, agencies, Tribes, and stakeholder groups.My work has spanned forest planning, ecological restoration, land management policy, community engagement, and organizational leadership. I’ve led cross-functional teams; developed and implemented landscape-scale strategies; managed multimillion-dollar programs; and shaped plans and analyses under NEPA, NFMA, ESA, and other foundational environmental laws. Whether designing innovative planning approaches, resolving high-profile issues, or representing the agency in complex public forums, I bring a balanced, solutions-oriented perspective grounded in science, adaptive management, and long-term stewardship.I am deeply committed to advancing forest management that supports ecological resilience, cultural values, scientific research, rural communities, and climate adaptation.
