About Darren Jackson

I joined Team Relocations (now a SIRVA Company) as a Client Manager in January 2006 after several years as a negotiator and valuer for a market leading estate agency in the Birmingham and North Warwickshire area. I have held senior management positions including five years in my current position as Manager, Service Delivery. My vast experience includes relocating employees for many clients in varying business sectors, both into London, the EMEA region and globally. At SIRVA Today I am responsible for supervising and mentoring Consultants to ensure achievement of defined service metrics. I monitors the quality of work and balance workloads across the team to provide the highest level of service. I also works with operational leaders to define processes, identify best practices and drive process improvement and consistency throughout the company. In collaboration with relocation training I assists in the development of a training structure for each member of the team.
