Currently the Data Analyst at England Athletics. Deliving Dashboards that lead decision making across the business through everything from Coach & Athlete Development, Finance, Business Development, Membership and Affiliation to Athlete Performance Metrics. Formerly working as a Library Development Officer for Solihull Council. Also work in systems management and administration with basic SQL, DI, BO, and xls experience. Chaired Knowle & Dorridge RC through a doubling of their membership; developing the club structures, processes and all the boring governance bits, through to creating a unique voice and helping develop some of the region's best road runners and developing one of the strongest women's cross country teams in depth and quality in the West Midlands. Discovered and managed Cult Indie Band Johnny Foreigner. Led on developing their "brand" based on developing authentic imagery to their individual personalities through to record deals, album launches etc. Trying to keep the DIY Fight-Pop ethos alive since 2006. Broke my hip (2014) and almost died of a major Bilateral Pulmonary Embolism (2018). Don't know how to quit.
