I’m an Estate Manager with over 10 years’ experience and a strong track record of success in the facilities services industry. I have a proven ability to manage complex projects, analyse data, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. I am skilled in health and safety and have a strong commitment to providing a safe and healthy work environment. I’m qualified in facilities management (City & Guilds 7724 -03 / ILM 8753-21) NVQ Level 3, level 3 in-service inspection and testing of electrical equipment (City & Guilds 2377-77) and have a distinction in level 3 leadership. I’ve also achieved a credit in NEBOSH national general certificate in occupational health and safety. I have a valid HSE first aid at work and defibrillation certificate. I’m registered with IOSH working towards TechIOSH membership. My aim is to be registered with IWFM at MIWFM level. In my current role as Estate Manager at Lingfield Education Trust, I'm lead on estate management policy. I oversee a team of staff across 9 sites, having responsibility for training and induction. I successfully managed several complex projects, including the implementation of a new health and safety / compliance management system (CAFM) and rolled out a new asset management system. I also developed and implemented a new energy usage monitoring system which helped highlight and identify energy reduction initiatives, which resulted in significant cost savings for the Trust. I am a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic. I am also a team player and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
