My career has centred on digital, technology, and healthcare recruitment, where niche expertise and leadership make the difference in complex environments. In 2003, I co-founded IT Works Recruitment Group. What started as a specialist UK recruiter has grown into a multi-entity organisation with global reach, including: • IT Works Recruitment – A specialist ERP & HRIS recruitment company. • IT Works Health – Recruitment Services connecting LIMS, PACS, RIS, and EPR experts • Populo Consulting – Executive search and advisory services focused on healthcare leadership. • IT Works Recruitment Europe – UK-based with a European footprint. • IT Works Recruitment Inc (Atlanta, USA) – scaled from the ground up and sold to The Planet Group in 2021. This journey has shaped my expertise in scaling teams, expanding into international markets, and delivering talent solutions at pace—all while staying laser-focused on specialist areas where skills are hardest to find. My entrepreneurial drive extends beyond recruitment: • Fear Records – an independent music label discovering and developing emerging artists, with placements across major TV, radio, and sport. • Mills Racing – making racehorse ownership accessible, combining sport, networking, and community. • Property Investment Portfolio – long-term residential and commercial projects, focused on building sustainable value.
