A senior leader with risk & capital management experience gained across 30+ countries, including 5 years residing in the APAC region. Positions include Head of Risk / Group Chief Risk Officer in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance sector in the global financial centre of London, where I led the Risk Function for businesses generating £1bn - £3bn premium income per annum. Following a successful FTSE 100 corporate career, I sought to refresh my outlook by completing an Executive programme focused on leadership, strategy and digital transformation. This was completed whilst leading a change management project for Lloyd’s of London, the world’s leading insurance & reinsurance market, in response to a review by the Prudential Regulation Authority. These collective experiences now enable the delivery of advisory services to Boards and Senior Management in the P&C insurance, technology and start-up sectors that enable the management of global risks and the creation of value.
