I am an experienced Financial Services professional with a proven track record in both the Wealth and Life Insurance markets. I specialise in professional relationship management, growing businesses and developing the people that make success possible. Regularly working with C and D suite managers, I take a personable, human approach to the tough questions and negotiations that every relationship manager needs to have at times. As you would imagine, I am an excellent communicator. I am equally at home working in the field as I am engaging with customers virtually. I even get a buzz from presenting to large groups! I love the challenge that comes with taking an idea and building something new - having considerable experience in shaping, implementing and delivering propositions from scratch. During my career I have sold at the front line, launched SaaS products, recruited and trained colleagues, managed strategically important relationships and grown sales capability.
