About Darren Riley

Over the years I have seen and had the opportunity to work with many great leaders. What I have found is that what separates the truly successful from the rest is a higher level of contribution toward the organization's most important goals. A true leader’s job is to motivate a team to implement plans that not only meet but also exceed growth and financial goals and at the same time builds the teams morale. The breadth of my expertise covers a wide area of responsibilities. My experience now with IAC Acoustics as the US HVAC Commercial Noise Sales Manager/Engineer has given me the ability to lead within a diverse team of market representatives and at the same time oversee the operations and to help increase sales revenue while keep up with current and new engineering developments. I am a hardworking, ambitious leader and motivator. Apply team-building skills, deploy creative problem solving and employ a high degree of expertise in the sales, engineering and marketing field. Plus, I have extensive leadership skills acquired while in the Marines (USMC). Open Minds>Opens Hearts>Opens Doors. If you do what you've always done, you'll get what you've always gotten. Plant the seed and see what grows!
