Recently retired at the age of 52 from EY, having spent 34 years with the firm, over 20 of those years as an assurance partner. Now focused on part-time non-executive / advisory roles. Recent appointments include - Executive Advisor to Catalyst Recruitment, a leading recruitment company in the north-east focused on executive, finance, IT, Sales and professional appointments. Non-Executive FD to Hi-Therm, a green-tech company in the West Midlands, focused on energy saving innovation and technology. A results focused leader with strong operational and technical expertise. Significant experience gained from many years working for a large global, blue-chip audit organisation. Experienced at managing change to drive continuous improvement, people management and development and developing key stakeholder and client relationships. Strong financial reporting skills and the ability to effectively communicate financial information and advice on business process and profit improvement, to all levels within an organisation.
