A very organised & engaged people leader who remains calm under pressure with responsibilities including 3rd party Relationship Management & Cash Management - note design & reconciliation of notes in circulation. Strong and reliable operations professional with a Post Grad from University of Warwick. Responsible for reviewing and streamlining customer processes to enhance overall customer experience while in parallel driving a more efficient and effective cost environment. Extensive experience in people development & coaching, process mapping, performance management, problem resolution & risk management. Outside of the working environment I’m a happily married father of 3 boys who spends my spare time at the local parks, swimming with the kids and also have a real passion for football and going to the cinema.
