Having worked in leading organisations in the hospitality, events and leisure industry for nearly 20 years I have a detailed understanding of what it takes to be successful in this highly competitive market place. During this time I have worked in just about every role in the industry which has given me a proven insight to developing great teams, delivering successful projects and building profitable businesses and events. My passion has always been people and setting up my team and my colleagues to succeed through putting the customer first and being given freedom to innovate and deliver success. I have worked with organisations on the high street, student union's and charity sector and I have a wide cross section of experiences that I use to tailor solutions for my clients. I have 10 years of operational manager experience of large scale multi-site venues. these sites encompassing all aspects of the hospitality sector and the innovative flare needed to deliver success. Due to my role in these diverse business I have detailed experience of strategic planning and setting and delivering themes and goals as well as a comprehensive understanding of working with boards of Directors, Trustees and elected officers My aim is to help, develop and support businesses to achieve commercial success and build culture that sets them up for success in one of the most competitive market places. I am passionate about providing the best solutions in order to achieve business needs, satisfaction comes in providing solutions that really make a difference to peoples lives, as well as being regarded as a trusted advisor.
