I have quite a diverse background! I joined the Army when I left school, serving 8 years with the Royal Engineers, working all over the world which included operational tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. On leaving the Army I got into youth work, working within Hostels and the Youth Offending Service in my hometown of Stafford, finding my way into recruitment in 2018.
