With over 30 years of law enforcement experience, I’ve dedicated my career to public safety, operational excellence, and ethical leadership. From my early days in patrol to my current role as Police Sergeant and Fleet Manager at the Exeter Township Police Department, I’ve built a reputation for dependability, tactical expertise, and a calm, decisive presence during high-stakes incidents. My areas of focus include K9 operations, accident reconstruction, fleet logistics, and critical incident command. I am proud to have led high-performing teams, mentored emerging officers, and contributed to initiatives that enhance both officer effectiveness and community trust. I’ve also applied my leadership skills to the private sector as Director of Operations for M&G Security, overseeing large-scale security deployments for events with up to attendees. Managing more than 60 security professionals, I specialize in operational planning, emergency response coordination, and staff development. My dual experience in law enforcement and private security provides me with a unique, well-rounded perspective on safety, risk mitigation, and cross-functional leadership. Throughout my career, I have been honored with numerous commendations for distinguished service, crisis response, and community engagement. Whether managing a fleet of 35+ police vehicles, testifying as a crash reconstruction expert, or developing SOPs for regional DUI enforcement, I remain focused on leading with integrity and delivering results that serve both the department and the public. I am committed to continuous learning, and I’ve completed advanced leadership training through FBI-LEEDA, NTOA, and other nationally recognized institutions.
