About Darrin Kerr

I am a senior managing partner at FK Partners, Brazil's leading financial training and certification preparation school for professionals. At FK Partners, I am the product owner of our international financial certification courses, including CFA, FRM, and CAIA, and several other financial training courses, including courses on financial modeling and valuation, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, investor relations, among others. I also design and teach customized in-company training courses, covering a variety of accounting and financial topics. Over the years, I have organized and taught dozens of trainings at Brazil's leading financial institutions and corporations.As a product owner, I am responsible for developing, implementing and achieving a detailed product plan for each course under my responsibility. To reach revenue and profit targets, I work with our sales and marketing team to coordinate events, social media publications, and other marketing actions. I work directly with our products team to support our students throughout their time at FK Partners and after they finish. This student support includes developing detailed study plans, monitoring student feedback on teachers and course content, and implementing improvements to the overall course experience.I manage a teaching team of 25-30 skilled financial professionals, regularly recruit qualified teachers to join our team, and coach new teachers during their first years with us. I also teach hundreds of hours per year in our international certification courses (CFA, CAIA, FRM), financial modeling and valuation courses, and in-company trainings. The main topics that I teach include accounting, financial statement analysis, valuation, corporate finance, alternative investments, and ethics.
