About Darrin Koone

With over 15 years of experience in leading and managing various manufacturing and logistics companies, I am a servant leader who strives to develop people and processes that enhance the lives and businesses of our clients and partners. I am currently the Director of Operations at Triad Trim Carpentry LLC, a company that specializes in interior trim carpentry, custom furniture, and kitchen and bath remodeling. I am also the Executive Director and Founder of Dangerous Heart Ministries, a nonprofit organization that helps men and women become fully alive in Christ through counseling, mentoring, and coaching. I have a Six Sigma Green Belt certification and an Alpha Cam Advance Router Programming certification, which enable me to apply manufacturing technology and CNC CAD-CAM technology to optimize the quality and efficiency of our carpentry projects. I also have a passion for public speaking, counseling, and leading volunteer organizations, which allow me to share my mission and vision with diverse audiences and communities. My core competencies include developing leaders, employee retention, mission strategy, and Christian counseling. My goal is to serve others with excellence, integrity, and compassion, and to help them discover and unleash their potential.
