About Darrin Wray

I had an amazing 27 year career as a professional engineer for the US Air Force. During my AF time I was able to travel the country, learn to manage people, projects and budgets. I was also able to see a wide variety of leadership styles, office cultures and management techniques. This allowed me to experiment and refine my own leadership and management behavior. I have very good analytical skills and communicate well, both verbally and in writing. In my new career as a VP of Ops at LoanPro I have increased my technical knowledge of the lending and software space and have refined my customer service and management skills. I have loved the new challenges of learning and doing something completely different. Having worked at LoanPro for over 4 years now I am amazed at what a great organization this is. The level of professionalism is extremely high, the competence of the employees is the best I've ever seen and everyone is willing to jump in and help when needed. I can't imagine a better working environment! In my personal life, I enjoy spending time with family, love to play basketball and enjoy the outdoors. I also am an avid reader on a wide variety of topics.
