About Darrion Benard

I am a highly skilled and motivated individual. I possess skills in a number of areas including travel coordinating, customer service, telecommunications, field installation, audio engineering, audio mixing, and audio editing. I attended Winston-Salem State University in which I studied music and business, I also attended SAE Institute in Atlanta, Ga. Honing my skills as an audio engineer I have 12+ years experience in DAWs such as Pro Tools, Logic, Cubase, and Ableton Live. I graduated from SAE Institute in October 2015. I have received honors certificates for my first two semesters as well as distinguished honors for the third & fourth semester. I have experience with several different consoles and control surfaces both analog and digital. I am great at multi-tasking and meeting tight deadlines, as well as possessing great communication skills. I intend to use my creativity to enhance the sonics of any creative media placed on my plate. I can also do sound for picture and post-production work.
