Highly motivated and self driven. I have been a server the past 4 years. Served as head-wait in the absence of the supervisor,Established a strong relationship with guests by giving outstanding customer service. Leading the restaurant in sales at my position while having the lowest compensation and becoming a trainer. I love the ability to serve but I feel I have outgrown the industry Strengths and weaknesses Im not afraid to do the work. I have mastered the art of being comfortable being uncomfortable and working in high intense environments. I’ve never been the smartest or most skilled in the room but I take pride in not being out worked. I’m committed, reliable and I’m a man with great integrity. I’m a very passionate person which sometimes can be a weakness because I tend to take on this I can do all on my own approach. My Goals To bring positive energy in whatever I do and do it proud. I have a high motor and competitive spirit so being able to achieve goal’s daily,set new ones that challenge me to evolve into a better person for myself and those around me. Being that leader and teammate that takes pride in WE. Who am I My passion is story telling. Im currently working on a brand called WaltWay Sportz. It’s a company that tells different stories through apparel, photos, commercials, short films and comic books. I was never an honor roll student, I did just enough to get by. My love for story telling came in elementary school when we started being able to write novels.That was my chance to show my creativity and escape from reality. America loves a good a story and I believe that’s a great way to connect and relate to people.
