I am a highly experienced negotiator in the field of employee relations with a proven track record. I worked for 9 years for a public sector labor union that represented Los Angeles City employees. During my tenure with that union, I had a very close working relationship with Los Angeles City management and assisted management in revising departmental personnel policies and procedures. In addition, through good faith negotiations with City management, I was able to obtain the reinstatement of employees who had been terminated, obtained reductions in employee suspensions, and the removal of Notices to Correct Deficiencies (NTCD's) from employee personnel files, thereby freeing up management time to focus on other priorities.I am an excellent speaker, writer, consensus builder, and expert in conflict resolution.
