I have been in the Food Service Industry for over 30 years. I have an A.A.S. Degree in Culinary Arts from El Centro Community College in Dallas Texas which I finished in 1988. I furthered my schooling @ DeVry University in Addison Illinois where I received my B.S.B.A. in Business Management with a concentration in Hospitality Management in March of 2014. I have worked at some of the most exclusive Country Clubs such as La Cima in Las Colinas, Brookhaven Country Club In Farmers Branch, Texas, Glen Eagles in Plano, Texas Columbian Country Club in Carrolton, Texas, Chandlers Landing Yacht & Tennis Club in Rockwall, Texas and others. I have also worked for many brands of hotels such as Rosewood Crescent Hotel in Dallas, Texas, Westin Galleria, Dallas Park Cities Hilton, Dallas Hilton, Hyatt, Omni Richardson among others. My passion to creative dishes that are fit for royalty. I love every aspect of the business. A Great Chef should always keep in touch with the latest trends in food. Although I like simplistic dishes with a modern twist, there is always something new to be discovered. My future goal is to own and operate the classiest Soul Food & Swing Out Club In the Heart of Downtown Dallas. With a lot of faith and belief in yourself, vision, hard work, determination, and dedication, anything is possible.
