COO for six (6) Dealerships spanning Texas, Oregon, and Washington State. Brands include Toyota, Subaru, Honda, Chevrolet, GMC, Cadillac, Hyundai, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram. Responsible for overall Operations and Profitability of each dealership including variable Operations (sales and finance), fixed Operations (service and parts), and business offices (accounting & administration). Other duties include planning, operations, acquisitions, motivating and coordinating the Dealerships management through leadership and solid business practices. Previous appointments include Vice President, Strategic Capture, Vice President and Chief of Operations at L-3 Logistics Solutions, Rockwall, TX and Vice President, C3 ISR Services for L-3 Mission Integration in Greenville, Texas. Roles have included overall Operations for two Divisions and providing worldwide Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) support for DoD and other Government Agencies. Conley earned his Master of Science in general business administration from Central Michigan University in 1997. Previously, he graduated from Angelo State University with a bachelor’s in business administration in 1982. He currently holds DoD/Air Force Level II certifications as an acquisition professional in Program Management, Logistics and Test and Evaluation.
